Lieutenant General Boonsin Phadklang was born in the northeast. He began his primary education at Ban Dung Community School and secondary education at Ban Dung Witthaya School, Class 10. He then entered the military path by studying at the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School, Class 26, before continuing his studies at the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA), Class 37.

To prepare for his senior position, he also studied the staff officer course at the Army Command and General Staff College, the 77th regular course, which was a path that provided him with a solid foundation for growth in the army.

After graduating from the Royal Military Academy, “Big Kung” entered the service in the infantry and has served under the Second Army Area throughout. He has accumulated a lot of experience in the northeastern border region, from the platoon , company, battalion commander level to the regimental level.

His outstanding role is his ability to communicate, command and control situations in risk areas, which led to his being trusted to assume the position of 44th Commander of the 2nd Army Area from Lieutenant General Adul Boonthamcharoen , officially beginning his duties on October 1, 2024.

He admits that he has been frequently criticized by people in general, especially taxi drivers, and has even practiced singing 2-3 of Mon Kan’s songs because he feels happy that people compare him in a positive way.
